CORE CYCLE SPIN

This indoor cycling class is designed for people who want to Show Up, put in the work and leave ready to CRUSH their day.

PILATES MAT

Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels.

CIRCUIT BOOTCAMP

This is an everything goes kind of class! We are building muscle and isometric training all one while using your own body weight and weights.

SPIN/TRX

This class is combining spinning and the new TRX together for a heart pumping whole body workout.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

In this Strength Training class, clients can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength, get lean and toned.

MOYALATIES Mobility/ Yoga/ Pilates Fusion @ CHEQUESSETT CLUB

In this class we will work on our bodies to achieve a level of fitness, Mobility and strength on its own without equipment.

CARDIO BOXING

A heart pumping hour of shadow boxing, plyometrics, and fun combinations set to blasting beats.

Heart Body & Soul Circuit @CHEQUESSETT CLUB

This is an all level class, we will be working and pushing our bodies to all levels.

GIMME STRENGTH

This class is Body weight calisthenics, barbell movements, Olympic Lifting and Core Endurance.

PILATES TOWER

Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels.

HEAVY LIFT

Heavy metal is a well paced lifting & strengthening session with barbells, kettlebells & bands.

TRX BOOTCAMP

Shape up fast with TRX Bootcamp a super-charged combo of strength and cardio training.
