A heart pumping hour of shadow boxing, plyometrics, and fun combinations set to blasting beats. The idea is to get your cardio in while having fun and getting out a little aggression. No prior experience required. Just be ready to sweat. In this fun upbeat class you will train with boxing elements, jump rope, killer cardio. Are those beach lines, kids, husbands, anyone driving you nuts? Punch out that aggression and look dam good doing it! Never boxed before thats fine come and learn what it’s all about.
