Classic Reformer
Classic Reformer is a group class. Experience the foundations of Pilates in this Classic Pilates Reformer group class. Using the reformer’s spring-based resistance, you’ll work through a series of controlled, flowing movements designed to strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize your entire body. This class focuses on core engagement, alignment, and breath control, helping you build strength, flexibility, and balance while improving posture and body awareness.
Perfect for all levels, this class stays true to the traditional Pilates method, providing a low-impact yet highly effective workout that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.
Important: If you’re new to Pilates, the Reformer, or the Tower, you must first complete either a Beginner Reformer Pilates class or a private session with one of our certified Pilates instructors before joining any group Pilates equipment classes.
