JUMP BOARD POWER TOWER
The Jump Board applies the principles of plyometric training, improving coordination, muscle strength, and cardiovascular endurance with low-impact, high-energy movement. Important: If you’re new to Pilates, the Reformer, or the Tower, you must first complete either a Beginner Reformer Pilates class or a private session with one of our certified Pilates instructors before joining any group Pilates equipment classes.
