STRONG & LEAN REFORMER
This 50 minute Reformer + Strength Dumbbell class is ideal for those who love to work and have the benefits of weights and Pilates with functional fitness techniques. Using hand weights, balls and resistance bands, the options and class formats are endless and effective bringing the basic Pilates principles to a whole other fitness level.
Important: If you’re new to Pilates, the Reformer, or the Tower, you must first complete either a Beginner Reformer Pilates class or a private session with one of our certified Pilates instructors before joining any group Pilates equipment classes.
