Spin / TRX

This class is combining spinning and the new TRX together for a heart pumping whole body workout. We give you 25 min of interval training and endurandce riding on the spin bike then hope off and do a 25 min session with The TRX.  The TRX is to work each client with their own body weight load that enables development of core strength, explosive power, flexibility and endurance through movement patterns related to everyday life and sport. The TRX works core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges.
