Circuit Bootcamp

This is an everything goes kind of class! We are building muscle and isometric training all one while using your own body weight and weights. This total body workout class will keep you challenged with developing all the stabilizing muscles. Using a range of  equipment from: Dumbbells Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Resistant Bands, and much more for a full body burn. Great for the person that maybe are a little new to weight training, or has some experience, to the advanced athlete looking to gain more strength.
