This is an everything goes kind of class! We are building muscle and isometric training all one while using your own body weight and TRX. This total body workout class will keep you challenged with developing all the stabilizing muscles. Using the TRX, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Resistant Bands, and much more for a full body burn. Great for the person new to TRX to the intermediate and advanced athlete looking to gain more strength.
