Heavy Strength
In this Strength Training class we lift HEAVY! Prior Strength Training is a must. Clients can expect to use equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength with our primary BIG 6 Key strength training lifts. We get Strong here. Strength Training also contributes to improving bone density, promoting a leaner body mass, and increasing the strength of connective tissue, muscles and tendons. Come in and build with us muscular strength and endurance.
