BEGINNER REFORMER
This structured beginner program is designed to introduce you to the foundational principles of Pilates while familiarizing you with the Reformer and Tower equipment. Each class builds upon the last, progressively enhancing your strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Over several weeks, you’ll develop the confidence and skills needed to transition into our group Reformer classes.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning after a hiatus, this is the perfect opportunity to refresh your practice in a supportive environment. All are welcome to participate.
