PILATES TOWER CLASS

Discover the power of precision and control in our Pilates Tower class, a full-body workout that blends classical Pilates mat exercises with the added resistance and support of the Tower apparatus. Using springs, bars, and straps attached to a wall-mounted tower, you’ll enhance core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility with every movement. This small-group class allows for personalized attention and is ideal for all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice. Expect a mindful, low-impact session that challenges your body and restores balance.

Important: If you’re new to Pilates, the Reformer, or the Tower, you must first complete either a Beginner Reformer Pilates class or a private session with one of our certified Pilates instructors before joining any group Pilates equipment classes.
