MOYALATIES Mobility/ Yoga/ Pilates Fusion @ CHEQUESSETT CLUB

In this class we will work on our bodies to achieve a level of fitness, Mobility and strength on its own without equipment.
Using only your own body weight and gravity, the mat work will tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body. This class focus on integrating the entire body.  Integrating our Pilates method with our yoga and mobility studies this tradition of cultivating inner peace. The class is also designed to revitalize your body, relax your mind, increase energy, and reduce stress. As you begin to focus on your body as a whole you’ll achieve better alignment and reteach your body to work more efficiently. For beginners; people with back, joint, or heart problems, or experienced students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class.

Mobility, the active control through ranges of motion, is central to all movement and physical performance.

Mobility is a class that aims to improve your overall movement capacity by focusing on the individual joints on your body.

Through specific training of the joints themselves Mobility helps to give the individual a fundamental understanding of their body and maximize their physical performance.

Using bands and your bodies participants will learn how to improve their usable ranges of motion, maintain joint health, reduce risk of injuries, and enhance overall movement capabilities.
