Cross Training Body Blast we run, jump rope, and carry odd objects. They frequently move large loads quickly over short distances. Athletes also use dumbbells, TRX, pull-up bars, kettlebells, and many bodyweight exercises. Classes typically include a warm-up, a Strength portion, and then a high-intensity workout that lasts around ten to twenty minutes and a cool down with active recovery. Class is designed so that the body has constant variation so there is never the opportunity for it to plato. Indoor and out door classes and a little bit of everything. We create a new workout each day. Bootcamp adaptations include programs for children, pregnant women, seniors, athletes of multi-sports, and endurance athletes including triathletes, runners, swimmers, and many more.
