This 60 minute class is a gym on the water. Get out of the gym and into the water with this full cardio and strength training workout. A SUP fit class will begin with a warm-up paddle and sprint drills and continue with a combination of fitness exercises covering all the major muscle groups. This class, is fast paced and fun for those looking for an alternative workout to add to their weekly regimen or who enjoy cross-training workouts. For the beginner to the advanced athlete.
