Yes you read that right.... GET OFF THE COUCH..... LETS GET MOVING TOGETHER!

Want a Goal for your workouts? Want to get more out of all the hard work your putting in? Or don't even know where to start?

Well start here with me and HEART CORE STUDIO!   

How many times have you said todays the day, or I'm getting started today, tonight, or tomorrow or even next Monday.  

Well lets make today the ACTUAL day you do get started! 

Follow with me as I post workouts of the day to get you and myself strong, fit, and feeling great no matter what condition your in.  

Here is a little brife history about me.  I was always an athlete through high school, and college, and always loved working out.  I love competing with others and myself.  I started to make it a living about 8 years ago when I got my first certification with Spinning and then have been building on that ever since.  I have multiple certifications and trainings in Pilates, Spinning, CrossFit level 1,TRX,  Bootcamps, Sports Medicine, Endurance, Sport Specific trainings, Kids to Teens to Senior, Pre and Postnatal, Rehabilitation, and Nutrition.  I have always have a thirst for more knowledge so I keep on learning.  I decided to opened Heart Core 3 years ago.  In that time I had Back surgery 2 years ago and a baby boy just 4 months ago.  So you see I myself am getting back to it as well, this is just another learning experience to be able to help all of you a little bit better.  Since by back surgery I have never truly gotten back to the athlete I once was, and then the pregnancy well lets just say that set me back again. SO I am declaring today is my day and today is your day as well, so lets do this together. Lets get back to where we want to be! 

First lets start by setting a goal! and at that lets set a SMART goal. S= Specific M=Measurable A=Attainable R=Realistic T=Timely.

Here is mine.........

I am going to start training for the sprint Lower Cape Triathlon June 21st in Wellfleet. www.lowercapetriathlon.org

Now some of you might think no way I don't want to ever do that, and that is OK... this is my goal and I'm giving you and example of a smart goal so please go ahead and make YOUR smart goal!

Ok we made our goal now we can continue on.

Each day I will post a workout and you can then do it as well, now you can join us at the studio, Heart Core Studio in Wellfleet, MA or you can do them on your own in your home, outside, at your gym, anywhere you feel you would like to complete it.  Do the workouts to the best of your abilities use modifications if you need to and build gradually.  But YES always push out of your comfort zone so your improving and building strength, and endurance!

What is Your Ability?

All levels: this class is open to anyone.

Beginner? Beginner rhymes with blood thinner, breadwinner, prizewinner, shore dinner, web spinner which you are none of these so we think.... but you may be someone that is beginning something or doing something for the first time. You maybe using the equipment for the first time and needs extensive instruction on proper range of motion.  A beginner may not have ever attended a gym or class, but still may be fit. If so then start here!

Intermediate? Maybe your here? You may feel like your occurring in the middle or between extremes of a beginner athlete or a advanced/ Pro Athlete. This is where you may workout regular and have used some of the equipment. You have taken a TRX class somewhere before and know how to operate the straps or know what a kettlebell is? Do you know the fundamentals of movement and can you work in your bodies full range of motion? If so then you will fit in perfectly at this level to get you progressing to the advance and pro classes.

Advanced? or do you want to barn dance, lap dance, clog dance, closed stance, and by chance your not these... but advanced you workout regularly and enjoy pushing yourself hard and to the next level. You work on bettering yourself with every workout, love to sweat, and enjoy the sore muscles the day after a good hard workout... then here you go and bring all that you have to the table. Lets Go Hard and Big or go home.

Pro? You're an athlete, you do races, you have that competitive sprite, your life is about movement and the next best thing. These style classes will help you train harder and faster for your next big goal. Ultimately making you a faster, stronger and more agile athlete. Lets find your limits and then find new ones!
