Molly started dancing at the age of 2 years old. She continued to study ballet up until age 20. In her later dancing years, she studied ballet at The Richmond School of Ballet in Virginia. Molly then discovered more fitness geared forms of exercise, and started studying Pilates, Balletone, Spin and TRX. She began teacher training in 2013 and has completed all levels. Molly has a passion to help people understand the practice of Pilates and movement on a deeper level. Her goal is to not only to lead the client through a great workout, but also to help them realize the importance of the small inner workings of the mind-body connection. Being more mindful of posture in day-to-day life, therefore creating a healthier well-being overall.
