For Colin, curiosity has been at the core of his journey into health and wellness. Despite growing up involved in athletics and having spent countless hours in the weight room, he found there were many basic human functions still inaccessible to him. He felt as though he’d built a strong house on a weak foundation and all that load was taking its toll. Since that realization he’s followed the question “why” in order to help himself, and in turn help others, feel better and live more freely in the body. Having studied various types of bodywork and going on to become certified as a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist, Colin’s curiosity has helped provide him with the opportunity to work with others to improve their own movement capacity and reach their full potential.
