This indoor cycling class is designed for people who want to Show Up early, put in the work and leave ready to CRUSH their day. We spend 40 minutes on the bike, cycling to a range of music, programming and choreography to challenge and strengthen every part of the body, and the mind. Come often, and you realize results from this kind of cross-body training. After the bike, we hit the mat for 10 minutes of post-ride training, including core workouts and stretching. We're done in 50 minutes. Efficient. Energizing. Engaging. All levels welcome. Just begin; and let's cruise from there.
