Booty Barre class will take you through a dynamic and involved workout. You'll start with a warm up followed by a sequence of upper-body exercises, legs, and core. Which may include light weights, body weight, and core. The class may include push-ups, planks and other moves to target the biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles. While you're using the ballet barre for and your own body weight for resistance to help focus on the thigh and seat muscles. Your core will be engaged the entire class. For the cool down, you'll go through a series of stretches to increase flexibility and allow your muscles to recover. Get ready to tone, strengthen and lengthen your body and build your booty!
