Core Body Barre Circuit class will take you through a dynamic and involved workout. You'll start with a warm up followed by a sequence of upper-body exercises, legs, and core. Which include body blade, light weights, body weight, and core. Body blade was created to address the deep dynamic stabilizers of the spine and to provide a stable platform for all other rehabilitation, sport performance training, fitness enhancement and personal training regimen, resulting in improved wellness, function and muscle definition. The class includes push-ups, planks and other moves to target the biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles. While you're using the ballet barre for some parts and your own body weight for resistance to help focus on the thigh and seat muscles. Your core will be engaged the entire class. For the cool down, you'll go through a series of stretches to increase flexibility and allow your muscles to recover. Get ready to tone, strengthen and lengthen your body!
