Soy Free, dairy-free
These are great for beating the summer heat or satisfying your sweet tooth! Very quick and easy to make, and way healthier than most popsicles you could grab from the supermarket. Feel free to substitute strawberries for other fruit combos to experiment with different flavors.
Honey (raw and local is best!)
Slice whole berries and place some in the bottom of a popsicle mold
Blend coconut milk, a few strawberries, and a touch of honey to get a dairy-free strawberry "milk"
Pour mixture into the molds and freeze for 2-5 hours
TIP: un-mold under warm water to extract popsicles easier
