When you move your body, your whole life will improve. If you don't believe us, ask any of our clients or members. However sometimes life gets in the way of your workouts, and maybe you let "life" come first sometimes. Perhaps "life" slowly becomes more important than taking care of your physical and mental health. It's important to remember that there will ALWAYS be distractions, and that little voice inside your head telling you "it's too ________ to workout" (you can fill in the blank). We're here to tell you, that NOT working out will be way more painful in the long run, than working out and getting your burn on. Really getting that association going, is your key to success in health, wealth, and happiness in your life.
So how can you make SURE you get a workout in no matter what? You take control and motivate yourself for at least 20 minutes every day, with or without the gym. All you need is: some space, your body, your positive attitude and this link. Even if you've only got 5 minutes to devote to yourself - don't scrap your session altogether. Even just 5 minutes, will help your brain to function more optimally and your blood to get flowing, which will help you be a better YOU.
