As the decorations slowly come down in our homes, and our communities, we begin set in for the long, dark, cold... winter. But friends - it doesn't have to be that dark and gloomy this year! As we know our little piece of heaven we call Cape Cod, can get pretty depressing, especially in the winter times. Even if you're not ready for a full on 30, 60, or 90 day challenge quite yet, you can still start change within. An easy way to do it? Take our Gratitude Challenge:
1. Get a journal. If you've got paper and a pen or even a tablet or phone - you're good to go.
2. Make a time each day for 5 minutes - to write in your Gratitude Journal.
3. Follow through and continue to diligently write out why you are grateful for anything and everything, every day.
