Even though we are almost halfway through another 30 day challenge, it's never too late to start setting goals for yourself. Time is of the essence, and when you are ready to make a change in yourself, we are ready to help you. Here at Heart Core we are striving to keep our community extremely healthy and vibrating at a very high energy! You can certainly feel it in the studio, and if you're actively coming in to classes - you can feel it, and know that you are a part of that wonderful positive wave that ebbs and flows in and out of the classrooms on a daily basis. We have one major tip for you regarding goals - and that is - don't get in your own way! If you have a really good reason "WHY" you NEED this goal to be met - then the fire within will urge you to make those small steps each day until you get to where you want to go. Big or small, there is no difference.
If you are already on the 30 Day Challenge - we congratulate you (as you should be congratulating yourselves!). Even just making the decision to start can be the hardest thing, in which case you can cross that one of the list! By now you might be wondering if you will start feeling stronger in those workouts and we are here to say YES. You're 2 weeks in and should be feeling more stamina and power by now. The better to push yourself with. Reach for just outside the comfort zone and get leverage in your brain that this is WHERE you WANT to be. This will make your workouts that much more effective. As always - ask any staff member for help with getting the right form and modifications if you need to scale movements. We are here for you!
